ux|ui design

As one of Yelling Mule's Web Designers, I had the pleasure of designing a software program for one of our clients. During this project I lead both visual and UX design. I was responsible for creating the information architecture, wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups, and clickable prototype for this project. Bluevogel is a small SAAS start-up focused on making the prospectng cycle for sales representatives easier. The product was in its infancy stages with few features or flows fleshed out.

knowing the user...

I began the project by speaking with 5 sales representatives about their sales cycle and the way in which they go about cold emailing individuals. From these conversations, we were able to identify specific areas in which the user needed and wanted customization. I also led a card sorting exercise to help determine the information architecture of the product.

...designing for their needs

Armed with these insights, I then created a fully functioning clickable prototype in Axure. This process was very iterative as the clients and I went through approximately 3 versions of the prototype before deciding that the product met all requirements of the MVP. I then skinned the prototype in Photoshop.
